Acne Problem?

It is many times that acne affects more than 80% of adolescents. With this high rate, dermatologists and other health experts from around the world fought to be able to answer this concern. The research was done and some are still being made to eradicate this problem completely. 

Why spend so much time, money and effort in this state apparently normal skin? Drive one factor that may be attributed to human nature to be appreciated and loved. It is known that physical appearance has much to say in terms of how they act and how others deal with the individual. Another thing is the ideal function of celebrities and super models that are clearly in their pictures on magazine covers and billboards. 

But did you know that some of these stars are the same acne problems as normal people? Paul Venoit, a celebrity stylist, shares his encounter with a supermodel. According to Dr. Yves Poulin, dermatologist who specializes in the treatment of psoriasis, there are 20,000 to 40,000 people affected by this disease in the Edmonton area alone. Psoriasis is a disease characterized by white to red, scaly patches on the skin. Contrary to the belief that the disease is contagious, experts say it is not transferable. People with psoriasis have the same problems as others with chronic diseases. The pain and itching has two major concerns of the disease and a greater concern for low self-esteem. 

Thus, the American Academy of Dermatology and the National Psoriasis Foundation launched the program and this is a campaign of awareness of psoriasis.
